Meet the new director of the Cox Collaboratory: Trishna Bogetic

Trishna BogeticSun Devils: we invite you to give a warm welcome to the new Interim Director of the Cox Connected Environments Collaboratory, Trishna Bogetic

In her new role, Trishna will be responsible for accelerating new ideas to deliver on the promise of human-centered smart solutions for the ASU community and beyond.

“I’m excited to engage with faculty, staff and the local community to identify pressing challenges in the region and work together with people from different backgrounds and perspectives to find IoT-based solutions,” said Bogetic.

Trishna isn’t new to the Cox family; she joins the Cox Collaboratory from Cox2M, where she has been a Director in the Growth Management Office since December 2018. Previously, Bogetic was the Global Executive Director of She’s a 10 at The League of Change Institute and has held a senior manager position at Homrich Partners, a sustainability consulting firm.

First things first

As Director of the Collaboratory, Bogetic’s top priorities include sharing the work of the Collaboratory with the campus community to be able to work with more students and faculty and creating value in this unique partnership with ASU and ensuring that the work done aligns with the project’s key goals and priorities. “I'm excited to pilot our fleet solution on campus that will drive value for ASU stakeholders and provide key learnings for Cox,” said Bogetic.

ASU shares that same positivity for Bogetic’s arrival and what she will accomplish. “We couldn’t be happier to be working with Trishna as part of the Cox Collaboratory,” said Bobby Gray, Director of Digital Transformation at ASU. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and is already busy guiding projects with an excitement to scale and expand these ideas well beyond the ASU community.”

Moving forward

Trishna has big plans for the success of the Cox Collaboratory, including engaging the ASU community and addressing challenges they face. “I’m eager for our team to identify at least one challenge experienced in the local community or region and work together with ASU to find the best solution, piloting the solution where we can use technology to have a positive impact on the community,” said Bogetic.

She also wants to continue to grow and strengthen the Collaboratory’s relationship with the university and its community. “We’re always looking for new ways to engage ASU,” said Bogetic. “We already have our internship program for students but are looking for additional ways to tap into the brainpower and expertise on campus.”
